Our standard (Next Day) delivery fee is $14.95. Same Day delivery, where available, incurs an additional $5.00 surcharge (totaling $19.95). Redelivery fees may apply in certain circumstances. Please see our Delivery Policy for full details.
Deliveries are generally made Monday to Saturday, between 8 am and 5 pm (up to 9 pm for residential addresses). We do not typically deliver on Sundays or national public holidays, with exceptions for special occasions like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. While you can request a preferred time, and we will do our best to accommodate it, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to courier routes and unforeseen circumstances like traffic or weather.
If the recipient isn't home, our courier will, if safe and appropriate, leave the flowers/gift in a secure location at the address (e.g., by the front door, under cover) or follow any specific delivery instructions you provided. If no such place is available, or if instructed not to leave items, a calling card will be left for the recipient to arrange redelivery. A redelivery fee may apply.
