Sympathy Wreaths – A Respectful Tribute in Times of Loss

A sympathy wreath is a timeless and dignified way to express condolences and honour the memory of a loved one. Circular in shape, wreaths symbolise eternal life, remembrance, and continuity, making them a meaningful choice for funerals, memorial services, and moments of reflection.

A funeral wreath is often placed at services, churches, or memorial venues as a sign of respect and support for grieving families. Carefully arranged with fresh flowers, these wreaths offer a calm and comforting presence, helping convey sympathy when words feel inadequate.

A condolence wreath is suitable for both formal services and personal tributes. White flowers are commonly chosen for peace and remembrance, while soft pastels express compassion and care. Each wreath is designed to feel balanced, gentle, and appropriate for the occasion.

Our sympathy flowers are prepared with sensitivity and attention to detail. Florists focus on clean design, harmonious colour combinations, and respectful presentation. Every arrangement is created to honour the moment and provide comfort rather than draw attention.

All wreaths are made using fresh, high-quality flowers and delivered with care across Australia. We understand the importance of timing and presentation during difficult times, and each order is handled with professionalism and respect.

Choose a sympathy wreath or funeral wreath when you want to express condolences in a way that feels sincere, graceful, and meaningful.

Flower care

Some arranging is needed on arrival. Flowers travel packed and may look tired at first. That is normal, and they lift within a few hours of the steps below.

  1. Fill a clean vase with fresh water and add the flower food as directed on the sachet.
  2. Cut 2.5 cm from the base of every stem, on a diagonal, with a sharp knife or secateurs.
  3. Strip any leaves that would sit below the water line, so the water stays clean.
  4. Ease off the outer guard petals on roses. They protect the bloom in transit and are meant to come away.
  5. Arrange in the vase and keep the water topped up.
  6. Re-cut the stems and change the water every two days.
  7. Keep them out of direct sun, away from heating, draughts and ripening fruit, which gives off ethylene and shortens vase life.
